terms and guidelines established by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use or access Insight.
CHFA may modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Modification of these terms and conditions will not affect, or result in the termination
or modification, of any other existing agreements you may have with CHFA. By using Insight, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms
and conditions. Any modifications are effective as of the date posted.

Consent. By using the services provided to you through Insight, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined and to the limitations on our
responsibilities to you. Further, by accessing Insight, you affirmatively consent to CHFA emailing you. You may opt out of receiving CHFA emails at any time, by providing
written notification to CHFA at privacy@chfainfo.com. Your withrawal of consent will not be effective until we receive it and
have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it. Please be advised that opting out of emails from Insight may result in missed important notifications including loan
statements, confirmation of ePayments made through the system, and the ability to use the feature to recover login information. Some of the notices may require timely
action on your behalf to avoid additional fees and delays.

Copyright. All information, documentation, and other content in Insight is owned by CHFA. Without limiting the foregoing, all texts, graphics, images, marks, and logos
in Insight (collectively the “Materials”) are the property of CHFA. You may not sell or modify the Materials or display, externally distribute or otherwise use the Materials
in any way or for any purpose other than as expressly provided. Nothing in Insight should be construed as granting any license under any of CHFA’s intellectual property rights.
CHFA prohibits use of the CHFA logo or any of the graphics or images contained in Insight unless such use is pre-approved in writing by CHFA. All rights not specifically
granted herein are reserved by CHFA.

Limitations/Indemnification. In no event shall CHFA or any of its directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents be liable for any damages whatsoever

and/or Insight, even if CHFA has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. CHFA will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CHFA, its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands,
suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees arising from or relating to your access and/or use of Insight or the Materials.

Links. Insight may contain links to other websites. Links to external or third-party websites are provided solely for your convenience. The presence of a
link does not imply any endorsement of the material on the website or any association with the website’s operators. You understand that when going to a third-party
website, that site is governed by the third-party’s privacy policy and terms of use, and the third-party is solely responsible for the content and offerings presented
on its website. CHFA makes no representation and accepts no responsibility or liability regarding the quality, safety, suitability, or reliability of any external website
or the content or materials of such website. Use of linked sites is strictly at your own risk.

Relationship. Your accessing Insight in no way shall be deemed to create an agency or employee-employer relationship of any kind between you and CHFA, nor do these
terms extend rights to any third-party. You also agree that in the course of your accessing and using Insight, that no relationship is formed between you and CHFA that
is either confidential or fiduciary in nature beyond any existing relationship you may have with us.

Consumer Privacy Laws. By using the services provided to you in Insight, you affirmatively: (a) agree to comply with applicable consumer privacy laws (any and all federal,
state and local statutes, regulations and rules applicable to the protection and privacy of consumer information, including but not limited to the privacy provisions of
the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C Section 6801 et seq.), (b) agree to implement appropriate measures designed to safeguard consumer information, and (c) acknowledge
your obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information governed by consumer privacy laws.

Termination/Restrictions on Use. You agree that your use of Insight may be immediately terminated in the event of a breach of any of these terms and conditions, as
determined by CHFA in its sole discretion. Further, CHFA, in its sole discretion, may impose restrictions or suspensions on your use of Insight. CHFA, in its sole discretion,
may establish limits and controls or deny any individual, employee, or contractor access to Insight. All such matters are solely within the discretion of CHFA and shall not
give rise to any claims or rights against CHFA by said individual, employee, or contractor. Nor shall said employees, contactors, or any other third party be considered a
third-party beneficiary of these terms and conditions.

Third Party Information. In some cases, you may be accessing and using Insight for the purpose of communicating data about private individuals and other third parties
in connection with loan transactions. You warrant that the third party who has provided such information to you has been advised: (a) that such information may be transmitted
over the Internet, (b) the information may be processed and handled through this website, (c) of the potential risks involved, and (d) has consented to such transmission.
